How will I receive my payment?
Payments are processed directly through the platform and transferred to your bank account or mobile wallet (M-Pesa / e-Mola) within 30 secands to 1 business day after the booking is completed.
How do I list my services?
After registration and profile validation, go to your dashboard and click "Add service". Fill in the details, add photos and set your prices. Our team will validate and publish within 24 hours.
How do I update my availability?
In your vendor dashboard, go to the "Availability" section and mark available or blocked days. You can update at any time, even from your mobile phone.
What is the platform commission?
Viver Em Pemba charges a small service fee per confirmed booking. Check our plans at viverempemba.com/plan to see the available options.
